New York Steak with Zaatar Onions and Greens

By Chef Tim Hollingsworth

Renowned Chef Tim Hollingsworth offers Insiders a deliciously seasoned steak topped with a savory marinade that will warm up your winter table. We recommend enjoying it with our Les Grandes Caves D’Albert Merlot-Cabernet Pay d'Aude France.

Tim's notes on the wine
"I love this wine because it is perfect for this time of year and it would pair well with a lot of winter dishes like turkey, ham, or Sunday roast."
