Weeknight Wine Pairings: Spring Edit

It's true, the right bottle of wine can make steak more delicious. But we don't always have time to craft a beautiful steak or a perfect roasted chicken. What should you open for those last-minute weeknight meals? You know, when you throw together ingredients from a box, or phone in your go-to delivery order.

Wine and food don't have to be fancy to taste delicious together. Just take buttered popcorn and sparkling wine for example: together, the creaminess and the crispness complement each other to create a wonderful overall taste.

Whether you're making mac' n cheese, ordering pizza, or having a light salad, here are a few ways to create a delicious pairing ANY night of the week.

Slow Cooker Beef and Potatoes: Bold Red Wine

For juicy meat dishes, look for a hearty red wine with plenty of body and tannins to stand up against the rich, savory flavors.
