Glimmering in its signature ruby hues, this brilliant 2021 Le Bosq Vin Rouge combines a fruity nose with undertones of exquisite violet.
Made up of 70% Carignan, one-quarter Grenache, and a splash of Syrah, this Le Bosq Vin Rouge highlights the viticultural tradition of southern France. Secondary notes of toasted spices are present on the palate with subtle hints of thyme. The mouth is soft and fruity, with a gentle, elegant finish.
The vineyards in this southern France appellation are some of the best in the world. The sun-drenched summers and enriching clay and limestone soils provide the perfect environment for late-harvest Carignan and Grenache, making this Vin Rouge a silky delight.
If you’re looking for a pair for your Le Bosq Vin Rouge, aim toward lighter meat dishes such as a grilled chicken and roasted walnut salad, garlic and rosemary lamb chops, or even a sausage-topped Margherita pizza.
