2017 Bardolay Syrah-Grenache Pays d’Oc

Velvety red blend from a fifth-generation French winemaker

Insider Price

Fifth-generation French winemaker Frederic Garrabou conceived the Bardolay line of wine to evoke the time when Romans exported expertly made wines from local ports in the South of France. 2017 Bardolay Syrah/Grenache Pays d’Oc displays all the elegance and expertise of French winemaking that have been passed down through the generations. Made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache Noir, this wine is a glossy cherry red in the glass with a bountiful strawberry and raspberry aromas which follow through to the velvety palate where they meet a hint of licorice on the finish. Enjoy this wine with beef stew, game meats, and strong cheese.
