I randomly opened this bottle last night while my brother-in-law was visiting. and was immediately taken with its smooth flavor. I had thought it was an American wine, but it tasted so good I had to take a closer look at the bottle and found out it was French. Then I had to do searches at several of my wine sources to see where I had purchased it. I found it here on Wine Insiders and will definitely have a few bottles on my next order. This is a wonderfully, smooth and graceful wine. The kind of blend I really enjoy. ( i am drawn to Mediterranean wines, ( i.e. Italy, Spain, Portugal and France). I had it chilled in my wine refrigerator. Never really knowingly tried a Gamay before. Delicious!
