2023 Killari Merlot is quintessential Chilean Merlot. Markedly middle of the road in tannins and acidity level, Killari Merlot allows it's fruits of black cherry, raspberry, and plum to truly shine. Positioned in the middle of the red wine spectrum, you can pair Merlot with a wide variety of foods. Our favorites are chicken and roasted vegetables.

"I'd realized, for a while now, that I don't like merlot. Then, I had a merlot rosé and liked it. I finally drank my first French merlot and loved it (maybe it was the brand, I don't know). I've had Californian, Chilean, etc. with the same rejection. But this merlot seems strange. It doesn't smell like merlot nor does the taste. The description didn't say it was a blend,nor does the bottle. Its very easy to drink and it's a merlot and it gets an extra ⭐ from me."
