"I find it to be a very dry wine, yet full of flavor and quite delicious. It appeals with a wide range of food pairings, or on it's own after dinner. Very versatile for a dry red wine and that makes it a go-to for a great flavor-forward choice but one that does not overpower almost anything you want to pair with it."
