I was looking forward to trying this one, but I just didn't enjoy it. I thought it was a little metallic tasting and slightly flat finish.
A little more sweetness than I expected almost with slight moscato flare in it, but still enjoyable. I drank it as desert after dinner.
Decent Sauvignon Blanc but nothing special. No particular flavors or aromas that grab you, prefer others.
Just had this with a chicken chaser salad, wonderful! Would also pair well with mild fish or shrimp or just sipping on its own.
Crisp, light, refreshing and dry
