Excellent white wine

"this is perhaps my favorite of my recent shipments. very good mouth feel. excellent fruit - pears, green apples. comes through nicely if you chill only slightly. not too acidic. great with prawns, oysters, clams. white fish with light or no sauce."

Glad I tried it.

"Smooth, flavorful, and mild. Medium dry. Liked it with our tofu and vegetable stir fry. Would compliment most seafood, alfredo pasta, chicken, and Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings. Also nice with a pork roast. If you prefer oaky Chardonnays, this Albariño might not suit you, but will be a good choice for Sauvignon Blanc drinkers."

Portuguese Chardonnay?

"According to the label, this is a very popular variety in Portugal. When I uncorked, my mind thought 'chardonnay'. I quickly tasted it - I wouldn't mistaken this for Chardonnay. Though there are some similarities, I like it and didn't regret buying 3 bottles."
