Traditionally crafted by farmers, this wine is produced from Aglianico, a juicy black grape native to Southern Italy. During winemaking, the grapes are soft pressed, and the skins are continuously submerged into the must before fermentation. The result: a balanced wine with a pleasant mouthfeel and soft tannins. With bold red fruit notes like strawberry, raspberry and a hint of spice, the semi-sweet taste interweaves with the dry tannic textures.
