Nestled in the upper Entre-Deux-Mers region, Château Grand-Champ is a family estate passed down through generations. The historic 18th-century farmhouse was built with local limestone. Committed to sustainability, the estate has held a sustainable agriculture certification since 2004.
The wine undergoes pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for several days, followed by fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats. These traditional aging techniques further enhance its unique character.
