2021 Dreamtime Shiraz
By blending juice from several acclaimed South Eastern Australian vineyards, Dreamtime was able to craft a quintessential rendition of Shiraz. The 2021 vintage boasts floral notes, fruit flavors, and even a hint of chocolate, making for an absolutely delicious wine. In fact, it’s reminiscent of the bottlings that made the varietal and region so famous. This Shiraz will be stunning alongside grilled lamb chops, smoky barbecue ribs, or Mediterranean dishes.

"This is a very nice red and a great value. The nose is full of black fruit. In the mouth you get rich blackberry and blueberry, be sure to swirl it around and sip some air over it while drinking it. It also has a long lingering finish. Terrific."
