This 2021 George Phillips Cellars Reserve No. 013 Cabernet Sauvignon from the rolling hills of California is richer than your average red.
This full-bodied Cabernet has flavors of black cherry, black currant, and cedar that are a delight on the palate. The last sip will leave you with a smooth finish and more subtle aromas of thyme and baking spices, and even a slight graphite aftertaste. This red is fairly dry with medium-high tannins.
This wine was handcrafted from grapes grown in vineyards in chill California, a beautiful region with warm days and cool nights, tempered by breezes and fog moving inland from San Francisco Bay. The appellation is ideal for growing California’s notable grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon.
