From the storied hills of Tuscany’s Chianti DOCG comes a Riserva that captures the very soul of Italian winemaking. This vibrant wine pours a lively ruby red with elegant garnet reflections. It's bouquet is complex and inviting, weaving ripe red fruits with delicate floral tones and a whisper of spice. On the palate, it’s fresh yet soft, perfectly balanced and harmonious. Versatile at the table, it pairs effortlessly with everything from antipasti platters to roasted meats and hearty game dishes — an authentic taste of Tuscany in every sip.

    Good, but expected better

"Nice smooth fruit, but a bit acidic. Not much aftertaste. very soft, a little too much for this varietal. expected more from a DOCG Chianti. really more like a 3. 5 than a 4."

Buy and Hold for 6-7 Years

"++Slightly odd color, with an almost orangey brown character. Clay and complex fruit in the nose, also with floral hints, perhaps rose. The greeting is big, rich, and complex - showing leather notes amongst the rich fruit and bouquet. The finish is long, with tannins eventually evident as the big burst of flavor begins to fade. Despite the bigness, the body is only middling. Finally, the acidity can be seen well at the end. Enough sweetness to complete the balance leads me to think, along with the bigness, that this Chianti may peak around seven years from this March 2026 tasting."
