2022 Brotello Primitivo

Crafted from vineyards in the sun-drenched provinces of Taranto and Brindisi, Brotello Primitivo reflects the deep warmth of southern Italy. The Mediterranean climate and proximity to the Ionian Sea create the ideal setting for bold, expressive fruit.

Fermented at 23–25°C using traditional methods, this wine is intense red with garnet reflections. Its bouquet delivers ripe dark fruit, complemented by spicy notes and licorice. The structure is warm and persistent—a classic Primitivo character.

Serve at 16–18°C with roasts, hearty pasta, seasoned cheese, and rich soups.
