Good mouth feel

"I’m not the best picking up notes to identify. But the nice smokiness that is one I can pick up. Lingers a bit. I say medium dry and tannins medium. A hint of sweetness but not dominating. I would be pleased with enjoying this again and again. Especially with my sister’s recipe for ratatouille. I would be in heaven having both together."
