Pink, Bubbly, and Utterly Worth It
"This Prosecco Rosé is absolutely divine — fruity yet dry, with the kind of delicate bubbles that feel like silk on the tongue. The color is pure romance in a glass, and it manages to be both a standout rosé and an exceptional bubbly. I’m admittedly biased — I love sparkling wines — but this one rivals French sparkling wines and budget champagnes without trying too hard. I paired it with grilled vegetables and fried calamari, and it played along beautifully. In fact, I enjoyed it over two nights… on a weeknight, because I’m fancy like that. I don’t reserve sparkling wine for special occasions — any day is worthy of quality bubbles if you’re in the mood. This is going on my “always keep chilled” list."
