Grown in the yellow-brown clay soil of the Koningriver area in McGregor, South Africa, the 2023 After 5 Pinotage is a beautiful expression of South Africa's signature varietal. Handpicked between midday and late afternoon to ensure stronger dark fruit and jammy flavors, this ruby red wine bursts with fresh fruity aromas.

On the palate, berries, cherries, and plum mingle with earthy wood notes and soft tannins to create a balanced tasting experience with a complex mouth feel. This medium-bodied wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired with flavorful dishes like spare ribs with a sweet and sour sauce.
