Our 2023 Killari Cabernet Sauvignon is a product of the Central Valley of Chile. Grown and fermented in a region known for its unique earthy notes, this blend is no exception. Hailing from a fifth-generation winemaking family, this Cabernet Sauvignon infuses hints of the family’s Italian heritage with respect for the Chilean winemaking tradition. Killari means “moonlight” in the native Quechua language of the region, and this wine is sure to bring a bright light into any night it graces a glass. Typical red wine aromas of raspberry and cherry are complemented by smooth notes of coffee and pepper. On the palate, a balanced body carries flavors of plum, dark chocolate, and spice. This pairs best with seasoned chicken or semi-firm cheeses like swiss or cheddar.
