Crafted in the sun-drenched vineyards of Pays d’Oc, the 2023 L’ODALET Viognier offers a refined expression of this beloved varietal. Selectively harvested at dawn to preserve freshness, the grapes undergo cold settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Lime, acacia, and white pear aromas lead to a beautifully rounded mouthfeel, finishing with delicate dried fruit notes. Serve this elegant Viognier chilled alongside fish, white meats, or Asian cuisine for a perfectly balanced pairing.

Honeyed, Balanced, and Fragrant and pleasantly dry

"Great value with some wonderful notes of lemon, herbs, and tropical fruits without tasting too "grassy". Very well-rounded and medium to full-bodied rendering a real compliment to dishes with tarragon, dill, Vidalia (sweet) onions or shallots, or the zest of citrus fruits. Don't overchill or it overwhelms the delicate fragrance. I've never tried to consume honeysuckle or dried flowers, nor do I intend to, but if I did, they would probably compliment a glass of this unusual wine. :)"
