2023 Montanero Orange Wine is not your average white—it’s an amber-hued expression crafted from 85% Muscat of Alexandria and 15% Chardonnay, fermented on the skins for over three months. The result? A wine that’s equal parts adventurous and refreshingly drinkable. Born in Chile’s Coquimbo Region, where desert and Mediterranean climates converge, this unique orange wine channels the region’s diversity through its complex aromatics and vibrant structure. The grapes are mechanically harvested from mid-altitude vineyards rooted in medium-fertility soils and fermented slowly at cool temperatures to lock in flavor and texture. Expect a vivid orange pour with exotic notes of ripe pineapple, quince, delicate florals, and a gentle touch of toast. The palate is juicy and fresh, supported by bright acidity and fine-grained tannins that give it serious food-pairing potential. Serve chilled between 10–12°C alongside grilled fish, roasted veggies, Soft cheesess, or a handful of toasted nuts.

This wine was a pleasant

"This wine was a pleasant surprise when I first tried it. The aroma was a bouquet of light floral and citrus. The taste was very smooth across the palette and quite refreshing. Both my wife and I enjoyed drinking it over a glass of ice. Definitely a go to wine to relax with and I can’t wait until summer to enjoy with freshly grilled fish and chicken. I will definitely be buying this wine again soon."
