Our 2023 Muchas Manos Red Blend is home to La Mancha, Spain, a viticultural dream of over 190,000 hectares of pristine vineyards. The vines are strong willed to withstand harsh conditions. A gripping, bold blend with high tannins and dry mouthfeel, this wine has a palate of dark chocolate, mocha, and espresso complemented by notes of strawberry for a holistic sip. This Spanish wine should be drank with beef, veal or grilled dark meat chicken. Additionally would go splendidly with a demanding pasta dish with full tomatoes and a bolognese hearty sauce.
