Our 2024 Muchas Manos White Blend is from La Mancha, Spain where hundreds of thousands of acres of vineyards cover this historic viticulture region. Winemakers utilize the gurthy vines to produce well-rounded, plentiful grapes that once skin and stem are removed become beautiful white wine. A Spanish staple to many, this bright yellow glass has iridescent green strokes with relaxing fresh aromas of herbs, apple, peach and tropical fruits. A persistent aftertaste holds the silky finish on the tongue. paella is your friend when pairing this wine. Try a seafood paella or standalone seafood dish like jumbo shrimp or grilled white fish.
