2025 Don Pablo Chardonnay
"I liked the smoothness of this wine. Unfortunately, the cork in one bottle broke in half before I could remove it from the bottle. A few cork crumbs ended up in my glass."
2025 Don Pablo Chardonnay
Bright and refreshing, this Chardonnay from Chile’s Valle Central benefits from generous sunshine balanced by cool Pacific influences, creating wines that are both ripe and lively. Dry and medium-bodied, it opens with juicy mango and pineapple, lifted by citrus undertones and crisp green apple. The region’s steady growing conditions give the wine its clean balance and vibrant acidity. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, lemon-herb chicken, or creamy pasta dishes for an easy, food-friendly pour.

"I am not a fan of Chardonnay’s typically but this one blew me away. Bright with a subtle smokey buttery finish. Will buy again and again. And yes, the cork is a problem, but once it’s opened, no need to re-cork!"
"On the first bottom the cork desintgated. It appeared the real cork that had become very brittle. Half of it is still in the bottle. The second bottle appeared to have a synthetic cork. I finally got out lots of effort. Trouble getting it open doesn’t make up for the way it tastes."
"This wine was delicious. I love a wine that is similar to Chenin Blanc so I much appreciated this expression of Chardonnay. Crisp & elegant with mineral, pear & citrus blending smoothly together. Everything I was hoping to find was in this wine."
"I like crisp and citrusy Chardonnays and this one is perfect for me!"
"Very nice wine"
"The wines have not arrived yet."
"from California. so this is Chilean wine is certainly not of the rich, buttery, post malalactic oaked style of Cal - it likewise is not of that price range. It is more simple, a bit more acidic, does have the green apple, citrus hints that are characteristic. Its a good fresh white wine and worth the price here."
"Yummm"
"Nice chard!!! I'm glad I discovered it."
