"FIRST, CONCERNING MY LAST 2 OEDERS, i look each separate bottle up on the internet. While it chills. i read the wine report on it, to compare it with my own findings. last night i did not open bottle lot 944, but did open C H lot 927, 2021 MERITAGE. the first few smells, & sips were educational. i have never thought of being a up in the air wine expert. when my grandfather started teaching my on how to make our Italian home made wines. 2 things to judge. does it smell good, & most of all do you like how it taste. a glass of 927, before dinner, another with dinner.
