I love this wine! Light and refreshing, yes; Summer perfect, yes! Cook with THIS! All year long. It is the perfect non obtrusive acid to add when lemon or vinegar is too much. The flavor is delicate and drinks alone or mixed. Spritz it up with some San Pellegrino and Aperol. I buy cases of it. I used to cook with Vinho Verde, but this is tastier & I love the subtle bubbles.

Notes of stone fruits, apricot, peach. Light and moderate fizz makes for an easy drinking wine. Had it with Tuna, delicious!
