Celebrate an occasion (even if it’s just a random Thursday) with this fabulous Cava. You may be wondering: what makes Spain’s signature sparkler so special? For starters, it’s crafted like its (far) pricier counterpart, Champagne, where the all-important second fermentation that gives the wine its bubbles happens right in the bottle. Called the traditional method – método tradicional in Spain – it’s a labor-intensive process, but the payoff for YOU is deliciously complex flavors and teeny, tiny beads of creamy mousse in your glass. And, as any Insider will tell you, it’s also a huge value. Brimming with aromas and flavors of fresh fruits, white flowers, dried fruits, and patisserie (plus refreshing, take-another-sip acidity), Toro Loco will definitely wow a crowd – it sure wowed our tasting panel. Pair with shrimp, sushi, or brunch staples like quiche, croissants, pastries, or fresh fruits. Sniff Sip Repeat This wine is featured in Episode 13: Last Minute Gift Guide of our podcast.

Well-balanced

"This is my go-to prosecco. It's tasty, with just the right amount of crispy to mellow. I love it for sipping, but it also pairs well with creamy cheeses, or cream-based dishes. But please, don't buy any! (Saves more for me!)"

Great sparkling white!

"Love this festive sparkling wine. Great for celebrating and also great just to celebrate every day!"

"Very nice champagne. Not too sweet."

Good choice for brunch

"Crisp, light and easy to pair with sweeter brunch food."

Decent cava, great price

"Excellent slightly "rough" cava, woks beautifully with a shot of Campari, orange juice, or Aperol. Stands up to highly flavorful foods, especially vegetarian and vegan dishes. And, of course, during this BBQ season, we always keep several bottles in the fridge ready for guests."

Delightful!

"My husband and I really like this cava. It's dry and flavorful. It goes nicely with grilled meats but can stand on its own as well."

Chrissy (5/5)

It's Noon and I am having a glass as I type

"It's perfect by itself or with a splash of Dubonnet or Aperol Spritz or a French 75. You are going to love it!"

Nice Fresh Dry Cava

"I gave this 5 stars based on Sale price of under $10 - a lot of Cavas are only good for making mimosas etc - however this is dry yet refreshing right from the bottle. Excellent value, easy drinking - when even half-decent CA 'champagnes' are over $20 these days, this is a good alternative. Great for a party where you can't afford to break the bank, yet your guests will enjoy it. I'm a repeat buyer and will be again"

A Price I Couldn't Refuse

"Not great. . . but not bad for a Spanish bubbly. It has a slightly bitter finish, but a quarter of a sugar cube makes it smoother. I'm glad I got it at a reduced price."

Excellent brut cava

"Will definitely order this one again! Excellent quality for the price."
