Shining a pale yellow-green in the glass, this dry wine is light to medium-bodied. Floral and citrus aromas lead to a palate bursting with zesty fruit flavors, like lime, green apple, and pear balanced by fresh acidity. The varietal’s hallmark herbal, grassy hints are evident on the finish, which is wonderfully thirst-quenching.
From a fifth-generation winemaking family in South Australia, Paperbark wines are as loveable as their namesake: an Australian tree with peeling bark and fluffy white flowers.
