Experience the symphony of flavors in our Montañero Reserva Red Blend, a blend of 50% Carménère and 50% Syrah. Born from vineyards in Chile's central zone, this wine exhibits a deep purplish-red color and enticing aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and toasted hazelnuts. Its intense and well-balanced palate with velvety tannins makes it an ideal companion for grilled red meats, pasta with tomato-based sauces, and aged cheeses. Serve it at 16º–18°C and immerse yourself in the richness of Maule Valley's terroir.

A winner

"You can drink now, or next year or two - but I dont advise to cellar very long. Very smooth tannins now and great fruit that you dont want to lose. Its carmenere/syrah blend - I feel the carmenere comes through more. blackberry, plum fruit. not as bold as syrah - but, I am not familiar with Chile syrah. steaks, ribs (not with heavy bbq sauce), spaghetti carbonera, beef fajitas or tacos. i will buy again"

Smooth and delicious

"Give it a bit of time to breathe and you'll be well rewarded. Recommend a decanter or an aerator, or both, and swish as you enjoy the smooth yet bold flavor."

Excellent choice!

"We regularly buy this bottle. Great taste; bc of the mix of blends it’s not too strong or sweet. Highly recommend."

Sunita H. (5/5)

Versatile choice and excellent for the price

"Very easy drinking with soft tannins that actually soften more as the wine opens. Nice palette of flavors without being particularly overbearing in any area. Medium body without being cloying - no residual sugar and good acid balance. So this wine is easy to drink alone, but still holds up very well to food. So this one is versatile and excellent for the price. This blend is actually 65% Carménère and 35% Syrah, unlike the product description above."
