An unusual wine
"Light, slight grapefruit twang to it. An enjoyable wine"
Explore a world of exceptional flavor with the 2021 Öömrang Siegerrebe. This rare German-inspired varietal is cultivated in the unique micro-climate of the Puget Sound, a region that mirrors the terroir of Franconia in northern Bavaria. Bright, crisp, and bursting with tropical fruit flavor, this white wine delights the palate with notes of lychee, Honeysuckle, White peach, and a zesty hint of lemon. Best served chilled, this light-bodied wine elevates dishes like spicy Asian noodles, grilled scallops, and Thai green Curry.

"Was not as good as the 2022"
"Had I had known how good this wine was, I would have ordered another case. If I had the chance to purchase again at the same price, I definitely would."
"We found the German influence with the Washington State wine, but with a definite spicy uniqueness. We particularly found it a good complement to meals with a stronger/spicier sauce"
"The great shark of whites! Upon opening the crystal cork you get an overwhelming aroma of a fresh floral bouquet. Just amazing as it also leans toward freshly sliced peaches. The mouth is coated with apples and pears and has a smooth texture on the younger. Slightly a little sweet, but the acidity makes it a perfect match for a spicy dish. Excellent with Mexican dishes."
"My wife and I both love this wine. Very light and refreshing. Definite hints of pineapple. Great for just sipping on a hot afternoon."
"Very nice aroma. White fruits. Not sweet"
