It perfectly balances acidity, freshness, and flavor, making every sip a delightful experience. The grapes are softly pressed and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts for about 8 days in contact with the skins, all at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.
