Crafted in the heart of Rioja Alta—one of Spain’s most prized subzones for high-quality winemaking—this fresh and expressive white from Don Jacobo is a vibrant tribute to both nature and tradition. Grown along the historic French route of the Camino de Santiago, the vineyards benefit from cool elevations and ideal sun exposure, yielding grapes of exceptional clarity and character. This elegant blend of Viura, Maturana Blanca, and Garnacha Blanca is vinified at low temperatures to preserve its crisp aromatics and silky texture. Notes of pear, apple, and citrus are layered over subtle florals and a refreshing mineral edge. Light yet lively on the palate, it’s a perfect partner for fresh seafood, grilled white fish, or lemony shrimp pasta.

Well, I haven’t tried it

"Well, I haven’t tried it yet but I have to tell you that I am not at all satisfied with the purchase. The bottle I received is a “screw-top” not a corked bottle shown on your request. I never order “screw-tops” because I find it very embarrassing to open a “screw-top” in the front of guests that I am trying to impress. Why would you send me a “screw-top” then ask my opinion of a corked bottle???"
