"I was very disappointed with your website when you canceled 2 bottles of white wine and would not allow me to replace them. I therefore had to pay more at the local liquor store to replace them. One of the cases was a gift, so I could not let it slide. The bottle you asked me to rate was a gift, so I can't rate it and you don't give me the option of not rating it.
