Gracefully marrying bold aromatics with elegant structure, this full-bodied, dry Gewürztraminer bursts with notes of juicy lychee, sun-ripened mango, delicate rose petal, and honey. Its stone fruit–driven palate is vibrant yet refined, offering an easy-drinking experience from first sip to finish. This versatility makes it a standout companion at the table — perfect alongside spicy tuna rolls, panang curry with shrimp, or ginger-steamed halibut. Served well-chilled, it brings a floral lift and tropical brightness that beautifully complements both bold flavors and delicate textures.

Sourced from California’s Dry Creek Valley, Lot 959 benefits from a region known for its exceptional balance of sun exposure and cooling coastal breezes. Nestled in Sonoma County, Dry Creek’s gravelly soils and temperate climate provide the perfect conditions for growing expressive, aromatic whites like Gewürztraminer. Here, the grape achieves both ripeness and precision, resulting in a wine that is rich in character yet refreshingly poised. Lot 959 captures the valley’s unique terroir with striking clarity, offering a rare and compelling interpretation of this often-overlooked varietal.

Sugary water

"This wine is really bad - this is only water with sugar. Nothnig close to a Gewurztraminer. Very desapointed. In general all the wines from Cameron Hughes has been a big failure. Do not buy."

"Not my favorite. Prefer German or Austrian. Your Cameron-Huges Sauvignon Blanc is excellent. Will order a case tomrrow."

Not typical

"This is the first gewurztraminer that I've tried. I found it to be much drier and acidic than other (Austrian/German) gewurztraminer's that I am used to. I had found those to be a good compliment to a typical Thanksgiving dinner. This one was not. A bit more body and a touch of sweetness/spice would have been preferred."
