    Our Abbazia Moscato Rosé Dolce is the perfect wine to enjoy poolside on a sunny day, with a spirit of celebration. With a lovely pink hue in the glass, this non-vintage rosé Moscato is a sweet and fruity sparkling wine with flavor notes of candied strawberries, peaches, apricots, bubblegum, and cherry licorice. This wine is produced by the Santero family, who own the Abbazia vineyard on the site of an old abbey in the Piedmont region of Italy. This vineyard has been in operation for several generations and is known for its sweet wines. Today, Abbazia uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure the best quality wine, including temperature-controlled fermentation both to obtain naturally-produced CO2 bubbles and to stop fermentation once the desired sweetness is reached. Our Abbazia Moscato Rosé Dolce is best enjoyed with any dessert—a homemade raspberry tart, for example. Of course, you can always enjoy this wine by itself, lounging beside a pool on a long summer’s day.

    This semi-sparkling white is straw yellow in the glass with greenish tints, though don’t let the pale coloration fool you. Each sip of this Cinguetto Vino Bianco Frizzante bursts forward with citrus fragrance and a pleasant bite of green apple. Calming wild flowers lead to a smooth, medium finish rippled with acidity and a steely texture. Frizzante is a style of wine unique to Italy in which a second fermentation occurs in special, pressurized tanks.     2022 Tripantu Carménère Reserve Maule Valley is a dry, medium-bodied wine that fans of supple Merlot will want to get a taste of. This wine has an award-winning pedigree, as the previous vintage garnered an impressive 92-point Gold Medal. Cherry red with hints of violet in the glass, this red wine offers delectable aromas of black plum and black pepper with a touch of tobacco. Plum and blackberry flavor notes are accented with earthy, herbal hints on the palate, which is well-balanced with smooth, velvety tannins. Grapes were aged in American and French oak barrels for six months, lending complexity and structure. “Tripantu” or “when it all began” is what the Mapuche people of Chile say to recount their stories. This Tripantu takes us to the vineyards of Chile, specifically Maule Valley, which is one of the country’s largest winegrowing regions. Maule Valley has a climate in which intense sunlight, cool nights, and maritime influences allow grapes to ripen slowly. Originally from Bordeaux, Carménère thrives in Chile and has become a treasured grape in this New World region. Tripantu is produced by a third-generation family of winemakers with farming in their blood and a passion for viticulture. Terraustral Wines consistently crafts high-quality wines that “reflect all magic corners of our Chilean land.” Enjoy their Tripantu Carménère with red meats, pasta, and soft cheeses. The varietal has a natural acidity that will pair well with slightly acidic sauces, such as tomato, and its peppery elements will complement pepper-seasoned dishes.
