Save 44% Save $7.00 A wonderful California expression of the classic GSM blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvêdre. Leading with lofty red fruit, raspberry coulis, and a bit of bramble intermixed with rhubarb, dried purple flower petals, and Rosemary. All this re-emerges on the supple palate in a delicious and heady mix of crunchy red fruit and seductive flavors of cherry and even some blueberry, along with floral, black pepper, and baking spice hints. Elegance and flavor are matched by silky tannins and juicy acidity, which, paired with a well-salted cut of New York Strip, is heavenly. This is one you can lay down for another 2-3 years and enjoy over time if you have the patience. The tried-and-true blending of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvêdre grapes ("GSM" for short) has been at the heart of the best reds from Southern France‚ especially Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacquereys, and Gigondas. There's just no denying the winning combination of power, elegance, flavor, silkiness, and intensity that those three varieties deliver when they're brought together. But as Lot 915 2021 California GSM will prove, Southern France isn't the only place where GSM blends thrive. These three grape varieties handle the California sun and heat without breaking a sweat, retaining balance and acidity as they reach perfect ripeness levels. Grenache and Syrah bring the layers and complexity of flavors, while the Mourvêdre provides the structure and backbone to the wine. It's truly a wine where the sum can be greater than its parts. This wine is sourced from a variety of vineyards within California, meaning we can bring you an unbeatable price for your next on-hand red wine perfect for your next barbeque or any Tuesday night dinner.

Save 63% Save $15.00 A Fantastic Alexander Valley Merlot by a well-known Merlot-focused vintner selling for $40/bottle at the source winery’s tasting room
Boasting a deep ruby color in the glass, Lot 886 is fabulously decadent and plush, revealing a wealth of flavors on the palate of ripe cherry, fragrant red currants, and spiced Santa Rosa plums. The finish is rich and velvety with lingering notes of black fruit, dried herbs, and baking spices. Enjoy a glass while prepping a roasted chicken, another while whipping up a rich mushroom gravy, and depending on how long it takes for dinner to cook, maybe even crack open a second bottle.
Fellow Merlot lovers - have you noticed any headlines in the wine magazines you frequent pointing out that producers of world-class Merlot are struggling to keep up with demand? After all, many Merlot vines were torn out in the early Aughts—thanks to one cult-classic movie, which shall not be named! But that’s all changing, and the wineries that held onto their precious Merlot, are reaping the rewards.
Lot 886 2021 Alexander Valley Merlot, comes from a well-known Merlot-focused vintner who has been featured on Wine Spectator’s Top 10 Values lists and “10 Commendable California Merlots.” The Russian River, which snakes its way through Alexander Valley, brings cool air with it during the warm growing months, allowing the natural acids in grapes to remain firm, which leads to a remarkable freshness, or brightness, in the wine - a fantastic AVA to grow Merlot.
Pairs perfectly with ratatouille!

There’s nothing stand-offish about our Lot 917 Merlot from Washington State’s premier Wahluke Slope AVA. On your palate, its Wahluke Slope pedigree becomes apparent through a wealth of black cherry and Cassis flavors—the calling cards of the region. plump, ripe, and juicy plum flavors round out the full-bodied mouthfeel, followed by plenty of elegant wood accents that add spice and a sense of refinement to this red’s lengthy finish. This one just demands sip after sip after sip!
Sustainable, expertly crafted, and delicious—that’s our Lot 917 2021 Wahluke Slope Merlot in a nutshell. This 2021 Merlot hails from “Sustainable WA” certified vineyards in the Wahluke Slope, an area of eastern Washington that’s been gaining serious traction among red wine lovers year after year since its official recognition in 2006.
Named after a Native American word meaning “watering place,” Wahluke Slope is actually one of the drier spots in Washington state, all of it sitting on a large alluvial fan with incredibly uniform, gravelly soils that evoke regular comparisons to the world’s foremost Merlot powerhouse region: Right Bank Bordeaux. Bordered by the Columbia River, Saddle Mountains, and Hanford Reach National Monument, there are only 20 vineyards in Wahluke Slope, and almost all of them grow incredible Merlot grapes.

Save 40% Save $6.00 Lot 946 is the kind of California red that reminds you why blending is an art form. This 2020 bottling pours a deep, saturated ruby and opens with a generous, layered nose of dark blackberry and ripe plum, lifted by warm baking spice — think cinnamon, clove, and a hint of mocha — with toasty oak adding a polished, structured backbone. The finish is long, smooth, and completely, dangerously drinkable.

Save 44% Save $7.00 From an iconic winery with a rich history in old vine grape production, this Lot marries Southern Rhône soul with California power.
Lot 925 is a California Red Blend modeled after the classic Rhone-style “GSM” (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre) blends from southern France. A deep ruby color leads to aromas and flavors of blueberry and savory black pepper courtesy of the Syrah, while Grenache brings lifted, beautiful raspberry and red fruit notes. The Mourvèdre builds structure, along with notes of cocoa and mocha. Juicy and mouth-watering once it hits your lips, the palate is firm but smooth with extremely well-integrated tannins. If you’re entertaining friends, you will want to have at least a case of this versatile red on hand.
When we get our hands on a downright delicious Red Blend, it gets us extremely excited. After all, the art of blending is the secret behind some of the world’s greatest red wines—Bordeaux and Châteauneuf-du-Pape come immediately to mind. We can’t wait for you to get your hands on this Lot 925 2021 California Rhone Blend because it fits right into that savvy red blend category, and its parts make for a more expressive, cohesive whole.
Patterned after the best southern Rhône reds, Lot 925 marries Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre (the classic GSM Rhône blend!) into a ripe, juicy, complex sipper that leverages the various micro- and meso-climates across California, where each of the varieties ripens optimally (areas like Sonoma, and Contra Costa County). Not only that, but the winemaking was in impeccable hands: this Lot’s source winery is a long-time family producer that set up shop in the early 1980s and has been a leader among the “Rhone Rangers” movement in California ever since. Over the decades, they’ve racked up dozens and dozens of 90+ critic scores, along with Gold Medals and Best-In-Class awards from numerous wine competitions.

Save 69% Save $20.00 The 2024 Cameron Hughes Lot 958 Pinot Gris from Oregon's Rogue Valley is a full-bodied, dry white wine that exudes elegance and charm. With aromas of White peach, juicy pear, and bright citrus zest, it delivers a beautifully layered palate highlighted by stone fruit richness and a lift of lime zest on the finish. Its easy-drinking nature and “pretty” flavor profile make it especially food-friendly — ideal served chilled alongside fresh Sushi, shellfish pasta, or a crisp arugula and pear salad with goat cheese. This is a wine that brings finesse and refreshment to any table. Grown in the high-elevation vineyards of Oregon’s Rogue Valley, Lot 958 benefits from a rare convergence of warm days, cool nights, and mineral-rich soils. Nestled between the Cascade and Siskiyou mountain ranges, this AVA fosters slow, even ripening, which allows Pinot Gris to develop both bright acidity and full body — attributes rarely found together in the same glass. The result is a wine that reflects the unique terroir of southern Oregon: expressive, balanced, and unmistakably refined. Lot 958 is a compelling example of why the Rogue Valley continues to emerge as one of the Pacific Northwest’s most intriguing wine regions.
