A rare, elegant white blend from an outstanding Rutherford estate.

An elegant nose of fresh-picked lime leaf, beeswax, wet river stones, and citrus blossoms pulls you deep into the glass. An expertly weighted entry is framed by medium acidity and a terroir-driven focus of lemon and gravel. The finish is dry and refreshingly clean, with resonant beeswax and delicate lemon blossom. This is a light, silky, wine that will be perfectly suited at both the poolside and the dinner table.

Two grapes define white Bordeaux: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The blending of the two is a bedrock of classic French white wine technique – when done right, the body and roundness of Semillon perfectly complements the acidity and herbal notes of Sauv Blanc, resulting in an elevated wine that’s far greater than the sum of its parts. North Coast winemakers tend to throw in lots of bells and whistles for red Meritage since it’s an obvious showcase for blending skills, and that approach applies to white Meritage as well. However, white productions are much rarer.

Lot 825 comes to us from one of the most critically acclaimed and awarded wineries in Rutherford, and given the winemaker’s previous tours of duty in both Bordeaux and Napa Valley, this Sauv Blanc/Semillon blend could not have been produced by anyone who was a more perfect fit for the job.

A Creative, Enlightening, and Delicious Lodi Red Blend

New World fruit delivers a fabulously intense nose of vanilla extract, cassis, tobacco, and spice box while the more subtle notes of blackberry, garden sage, milk chocolate, and red earth are pure Old World. The finish is stunningly long with velvet hammer tannins that bite with a soft, gentle punch. Perfectly quaffable field blend with a golden touch.

Back by popular demand, the wine that started it all, we present Cinergi 2020 Lodi Red Blend. Simply put, Cinergi is a winemaker’s wine. An amalgam of decadent Old World varietals with fresh New World winemaking that is creative, enlightening, and delicious. The exuberant red blend showcases the beauty of unconventional combinations of varietals that excite the senses and yes, delight the palate. As we said nearly two decades ago in one of our first love letters about Cinergi “together is better.” We think you will agree.

From Washington State’s Yakima Valley, this full-bodied Merlot delivers a comforting style with plenty of depth. Ripe plum and black cherry flavors lead, layered with smooth cocoa and vanilla for a dry, velvety finish that feels both polished and inviting. Its richness pairs beautifully with pasta tossed in a classic marinara, juicy grilled burgers, or a spread of aged cheddar and creamy gouda.

Add a splash of delight to your day with the 2022 Clownfish Riesling. This charming California wine is aromatic and captivating with delicious notes of lychee, pear, wet stone, and white peach in every sip. Fruit-forward, crisp, and slightly sweet, this easy-drinking white wine is best served chilled and pairs well with pad thai, sushi, tikka masala, and classic Chinese dishes.

Delightful floral and fruit notes mingle in 2024 Sous L'Ocean Viognier by EthicDrinks, a wine as lovely as a summer’s day. Produced by sustainable winemaking methods, this dry French white is as good in the glass as it is good for the earth. Fans of fuller-bodied white varietals will enjoy Viognier, known for its perfumed bouquet. This wine opens with delicate white flowers and exotic fruits. Our Abbazia Moscato Rosé Dolce is the perfect wine to enjoy poolside on a sunny day, with a spirit of celebration. With a lovely pink hue in the glass, this non-vintage rosé Moscato is a sweet and fruity sparkling wine with flavor notes of candied strawberries, peaches, apricots, bubblegum, and cherry licorice. This wine is produced by the Santero family, who own the Abbazia vineyard on the site of an old abbey in the Piedmont region of Italy. This vineyard has been in operation for several generations and is known for its sweet wines.
