All deliveries require an adult signature, and we cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Additionally, the pickup option is available at no extra charge. For lost or damaged packages, please report within 60 days.

If you miss your delivery, don’t worry! FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to us. To avoid delays, you can redirect your order to a FedEx Hold Location, where it will be available for pickup for five business days.

To request a hold:

Open your FedEx tracking page from your shipping confirmation email.
Click "Manage Delivery" → "Hold at Location."
Select a nearby FedEx location.
