No action is needed on your part — your membership will transition seamlessly, and you will be billed on your next scheduled billing date. You’ll continue to enjoy the convenience and exceptional wine experience you’re familiar with.
Will the cost of my subscription change with Wine Insiders?
Similarly to your Cameron Hughes subscription, the price of your shipment will depend on the wines in your shipment. Please refer to the Cameron Hughes migration email sent to your Cameron Hughes associated email address on February 26th, 2025 for more details.
I don’t have a subscription — what information of mine is being transferred from Cameron Hughes to Wine Insiders?
If you don’t have a subscription, the only information that is being transferred from Cameron Hughes to Wine Insiders is your order history and shipping/billing addresses. There is no credit card information being transferred.
Do I have to enter my credit card information to make a purchase or will it be saved on Wine Insiders?
For non-subscription orders, you will need to enter your credit card information in order to checkout. If you’d like to store your credit card information for easier purchasing, please use Shop Pay or Paypal at checkout.
