I don't drink a lot of wine, but my wife has a glass or two every night. She only drinks red wine and this wine is now on her favorites list.

Grate wine to keep to age.

somewhat disappointed
this was a bitter, BORDEAUX. I like a hardy wine, but it was hard to drink until the next day. This is the first wine I was disappointed in. I hope my next Bordeaux is not the same. I was having it with short rib stew and hardy garlic bread.
