1st Day - Bold, intense, taste of cherry and raspberry, green peppers and anstringent (high tannins). Better paired with a steak meal or dark chocolate.
2nd Day - Much enjoyable to drink by itself, taste of plum, vanilla and chocolate. Medium finish. Flavors did not linger as other cabarnet I’ve tasted.
Overall, 3.5 stars.

Purchased a case of 12 Syrah and Cabernet for a family event. Both wines are fantastic, each has it's space, but for me, the strong flavors of the Cabernet worked amazingly with the dinner, specially with meats.
