Absolutely love this. Bold and rich with a dark, inky color and a wonderfully smoky bouquet. Upon first sip, there is a spicy blast on the tongue with flavors of berries, coffee and smoke that carry into the lingering dry finish. May be my favorite wine of the year!

I received this in a recent mystery case (Sept 2020) and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a nice full body, is fairly fruit forward. Soft tannins which made it easily drinkable with or without food!

The 2018 vintage of this wine made up almost all of a "mystery case." I could see why after opening a bottle, mediocre at best. I would not take a chance on the 2020.
