Château Gallion isn’t your average Bordeaux.
Oh sure, it’s delicious—a 100% Merlot that’s absolutely rippling with Morello cherry, fig, and plum. It floods across your palate with earthy elegance, but it’s also got a voluptuous side that’ll make it a winner with any number of dishes (we like porterhouse pork chops).
But there's a little more to it than that.
You see, Château Gallion is the progeny of a partnership between two major players in Bordeaux. Hubert de Boüard—co-owner of Château Angélus, the ultra-posh (and fabulously pricey) Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé, is a world-renowned consultant oenologist. He joined forces with the house of Yvon Mau, Bordeaux wine traders since 1897, to reveal some little-known but fine, high-potential terroirs. They share the same ambition: to craft exemplary Bordeaux wines in a fruity, beautifully balanced style that is accessible to all.
And, of course, to you. Hurry for yours.
