Think this white wine isn’t too acidic which is a plus for me. It can be hard to find one that I can tolerate as far as being acidic. I would say it’s not bold or light. But just the right balance. A long finish. And I actually could see the greenish yellow of it in the wine glass. The Mystery Box is amazing as it allows me to try wines I wouldn’t normally try. This is one that feels like a bonus win. Dry reds have been my most sought out. I can be on the look out for this white . I would try it in making shrimp scampi and serving it with it.
