Uncork El Macho Blanco, a dry white wine blend whose bold Spanish character perfectly reflects its name. Enjoy crisp, fresh, and refined aromas of citrus, green apple, and floral notes on the nose. Composed of 95% Viura and 5% Sauvignon Blanc this blend offers a great balance of fruit and acidity, making it the perfect partner for any occasion.
Made from grapes grown in the Utiel-Requena wine region (just outside Valencia), El Macho Blanco is the delicious end-result of the ideal growing conditions of the region. Mild winters are followed by hot summer days with cool nights tempered by fresh coastal breezes. Since 2008, El Macho has been made exclusively from grapes grown by a cooperative of 3,500 families, some of whom have been members for more than 60 years. A common belief in what they call a “slow wine” allows for the careful observation of every step of the process, in vineyard and cellar, granting the wine time to properly express itself.
If you’re a lover of pure Sauvignon Blancs, this is a must-taste!
Suitable for sipping on a warm sunny day, El Macho Blanco pairs perfectly a variety of light dishes. Enjoy with fare like tapas, seafood salad, or goat cheese crostini.
