Take a deep inhale, and dive headfirst into the waves of this aromatic Pinot Noir. With hints of spice and cherry, this wine almost smells as good as it tastes. Every aspect of the wine, from the fruit-centric flavor to the structure of the drink, works in harmony to give you a satisfying and balanced wine. The perfect combination of flavor and body gives this wine an uncanny ability to pair with practically any food.

      Smooth sailing!

Flavor of the wines it's that if soft berries. The acidity is perfectly balanced with the low tannins. This wains I perfectly named as it is just like a soft, easy ocean breeze. Pairs well at the beach with grilled steaks, hamburgers or hot dogs. A very easy wine to get attached to.

      Enjoyable but not special

I chose this wine because the 2019 sold out quickly and was rated well. I didn't have high expectations, but a healthy curiosity. Opened and decanted for an hour, we began our sampling. While it was likable, we found it to not be very true to a Pinot Noir style and if I tasted it blindfolded, I probably couldn't put this as a Pinot Noir. So I put this into the camp of an enjoyable red wine.
