Discover brilliantly balanced flavor in 2022 Tripantu Chardonnay Reserve, a Chilean white wine with an award-winning pedigree. An enticing bouquet of tropical fruits hints at the palate, displaying palm hearts and bananas. Hints of toasted hazelnut are from a portion of the wine being aged in oak barrels, which also lends complexity and structure. The finish is wonderfully refreshing. “Tripantu” or “when it all began” is what the Mapuche people of Chile say to recount their stories. This Tripantu takes us to the vineyards of Maule Valley, a large winegrowing region that experiences intense sunlight, cool nights, and maritime influences that allow grapes to ripen slowly. Tripantu is produced by a third-generation family of winemakers with farming in their blood and a passion for viticulture. Terraustral Wines crafts high-quality wines that “reflect all magic corners of our Chilean land.” Lovely on its own, this Chardonnay will complement appetizers, seafood, turkey, and pasta with white sauce. Best served chilled (about 50-53° F), this wine is also an excellent choice for your Thanksgiving feast!

Excellent wine!

"This is a delicious wine. . . the bright notes of grapefruit made me think that it was a Sauvignon Blanc. . . but then I read the label. Surprised to see that it was a Chardonnay. It actually does not matter what the grape is. . . my husband and I both enjoyed it a lot !"
