Love this "go-to" sparkling brut! I am a Champs/Prosecco fan, with an occasional Zin, Malbec or Grigio thrown in. My best friend is not only a total wine snob, but doesn't deviate from some of the best Chards, usually; however, she will occasionally drink some of my sparklers. When I served her this on her last visit, she became a quick fan and now prefers this to all of the Chards or other sparklers I buy. It's easy, great bubbles, very dry and crisp - I definitely keep several of these on hand and chilled in my wine fridge!
